Promise Land Title is an independently-owned and operated full service title insurance agency and real estate settlement company committed to providing the highest level of customer service.

We are licensed title insurance producers in Virginia and the District of Columbia and are agents for Chicago Title Insurance, a nationwide title insurance company. Promise Land Title has extensive experience in handling residential and commercial purchase, sale, refinance and construction loan transactions.

Thomas H. Fletcher is the owner and founder of Promise Land Title, LC. He is a licensed title insurance producer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Tom received his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1992 and is a Member of the Virginia and Maryland State Bars. Mr. Fletcher founded Promise Land Title, LC in 2005 and has been conducting real estate settlements in the DC Metro area since 1999.

Mary E. Fletcher joined Promise Land Title in 2010. She is a licensed title insurance producer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mary received her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1992 and is a Member of the Bars of the District of Columbia, the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.
